Lamb
Lamb is sold by the whole animal only, which yields approximately 50-75 lbs of meat.
Any cut of beef or bison is also available for per pound purchase.
Our prices fluctuate with seasons and markets. In order to best estimate the cost of your order, please call us for current pricing. A non refunadable deposite, if order is cancelled by purchaser, of half of the total purchase price will be due at ordering, with the final amount due at delivery.
